Creating memorable customer experiences

A customer experience center set up by the Breakers and Switches business unit at the Nelamangala facility on 30 March, 2012 . The facility was inaugurated by Tommy Andreasson, local division manager of ABB’s Low Voltage Products division in India and R Narayanan, local division manager of ABB’s Discrete Automation and Motion division in India.

On the occasion Tommy congratulated the team for putting together the experience center to complement the factory and setting a benchmark not just in India but globally as well. Narayanan also appreciated the concept and wished the team success in building on the concept and attracting more customers.

The experience center enables customers to have a real time touch and feel of not just the products as individual entities but their ability to interact with other complimentary product offerings. ABB holds channel partnership programs at the facility at regular intervals and this facility will help customers gain confidence on the product, the production capacity, quality and assembly process up until the final packing.
