Udwadia is founder partner of Udwadia & Udeshi, Solicitors & Advocates. He is a Post-graduate from the University of Bombay, an advocate of the Bombay High Court and also a Solicitor, having passed the Solicitors Examination conducted by the Incorporated Law Society of Bombay in 1965, where he stood first. He is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England as well. He was a partner of Crawford Bayley & Co., Mumbai, India's leading law firm, for 22 years. He has nearly 45 years of active law practice.
